This program is for YOU if:

You are confident with BARBELLS AND DUMBBELLS (usually have been learning in the gym for at least 6 months)

You are looking to increase muscle/tone/definition

You are looking for a structure that will give you results in strength and muscle, and allow you to progressively overload the weights you are using across this 6 week period!

NOTES:

Watch technique video on RPE if not familiar with the concept 

SUPERSETS: You can superset any two accessory movements or find what works for you BUT don’t superset a compound exercise i.e. barbell movement which will require additional rest time and sets to be performed on their own
